The 5 pillars of Naturopathy
Vitalism
vital energy, Wherelife force, est essential to health and healing.
It is the "biological intelligence" of the body which presides over homeostasis and self-healing.
humor
Student science the "humors", the inner environment of the human body.
According to Claude Bernard, our health depends on the quality of these humors, that is to say, some liquids that make up our body : intracellular fluid, extracellular fluid, lymph and blood.
The human body is 70% liquid and all organs in the body are linked to humor activity.
Also,a fluid circulation of these liquids is synonymous with health :)!
Conversely, if these liquids are stagnant, the cells are no longer properly nourished, toxins accumulate in the body... which makes the bed of diseases and other chronic pathologies: (
Causalism

Do you treat chronic diseases ?
My role is not to "treat" you but to agree with you on a support plan allowing you to become independent and actor of your health.
This work that we carry out in agreement with you, is focused in particular on the 3 major techniques of naturopathy (diet, physical exercise and psycho-emotional balance) allowing you to work on the cause of your ailments in connection with chronic illness. Naturopathy very often complements allopathic medicine.
What should I expect at the first session ?
During the 1st session, the duration of which varies from 1h30 to 2h, we will take stock of the operation:
- of all your systems: digestive, respiratory, cardiac, urinary and nerveux)
- your emunctories (waste elimination organs): lungs, liver, intestines, kidneys, skin.
The psycho-emotional sphere will also be explored and an examination of your irises (iridology check-up) as well as a palpatory check-up may be carried out.

Take all the elements that may be used to complete my analysis and help with naturopathic advice : last blood test, current treatment prescription, x-ray, etc...
Points of attention
Naturopathy does not replace conventional medicine.
It comes in addition to this one, by seeking to act on the cause(s) of your ailments, by working on your land, by taking in overall charge.
The Naturopath does not make any diagnosis and does not prescribe any treatment.
Only a competent doctor is authorized to do so.
