A bit of my story...
Mother of 4 children, I was responsible for the development of Human Resources in the industry for more than 15 years.
A work that fascinated me but also worn me out a lot...
I have had Ménière's disease since 2005 and at a time when allopathic treatments no longer had any effect, when attacks became more and more frequent and disabling ... I turned to natural medicine and discovered Naturopathy.
Being fully aware that I hadn't been able to listen to this body which was sending me signs, that I hadn't been able to take care of it, nor to nourish it correctly... and taking awareness of the benefits of Naturopathy, training myself in this discipline was obvious to me.
Rich in his teachings and his techniques, I can now deliver them to you and accompany you, too, towards well-being.
